Two years ago, with the help of Laurie and her team at A C Solar I applied for permission from the Pueblo West Architectural Committee for permission erect a ground mounted solar array. Pueblo West had just drawn up a set of restrictive covenants regarding solar panels and my application for a variance was rejected. Undaunted, Laurie enlisted the help of an environmental lawyer to file a complaint and organize the funding of this process.
Although this tact fizzled mostly due to a flaky legal support, we reapplied a year later and were approved. Laurie attended both Architectural committee meetings and did all the paper work. We are now producing 30 to 40 kWh of solar power a day. The construction proceeded in a timely manner and Larry and Randy did a solid job while not destroying the prairie on which the array sits. A C Solar's bid was competitive and they handled the application for an on grid solar array with the power company. I recommend A C Solar to any considering installing solar panels.

When we considered using solar energy to cut our electrical bills in retirement, we contacted three alternative energy companies for bids. Since you first started us on solar in 2001 with our PV array and off-grid system, we have been very pleased with your service, follow-up and attention to all of the details.
The wind generator you installed in 2006 is still producing power everyday, and the new solar hot water panels you provided this year are saving us a lot of propane as they preheat our domestic hot water.
